Cell C Sandton City (disgusting) v Cell C Gateway

Cell C Sandton City vs Cell C Gateway I have contract with Cell C. I tired to port my Number to Vodacom due to the poor network quality a nd connectivity in Cell C, I went to the sandton city branch for assistance. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and ******. They said the number is on contract and they can't do nothing. They flat out refused to help me and ignored me. Then I suggested to do a number change so I could port my number to Vodacom but keep the contract.

The attitude of the staff was appalling. They sent me home to call the call centre. That was a disaster as the call center kept dropping my call when I explained what I needed. I had to go back 3 more time s to the sandton branch to get help.

A week later I was in Durban and decided to see if the Gateway branch could assist me with the number change. I was met with a very pleasant and helpful lady, Ashna who was able to understand what I needed and assisted me effectively and efficiently. Of it was not for Ashna and her bell I was going to cancel that Cell C contract. Big thank you to Ashna at Gateway Cell C.

Cell C Sandton City , you are disgusting and have NO customer service, rude and pathetic. Kamo at Sandton city looked at me like I was an alien. He seemed to not comprehend anything I said.
