CELL C , SAMSUNG!!!! BAD SERVICE

I am a very irritated client!

I signed up for a contract phone Samsung A346e 2023,

The phone system has been giving me un-ending issues, the phone is insured however I had to pay cash to update the software, I was sent from pillar to post and finally I took it to Vodacom Tech center and they fixed it but I had to pay cash and this phone is insured!!!!!!!!

Now the agent no longer works there and telling me there is nothing they will do for me … Really CELL C

It's giving me an issue now one ui error, this is so irritating and inconvenient, SAMSUNG SYSTEM ISSUES !!!!!

I am still in contract and it is active and up to date,AND this is the service one is receiving ,,,,,
