CELL C SALES TEAM LIE

Cell C sales team are ****s. Was approached to upgrade my contract to an I phone 17 pro max which the agent told me they had in stock, down to colour available. As there was stock I did the upgrade with the agent and expected to hear from them with regards to delivery date. 3 weeks later. 2 calls to Cell C and still nothing. What was even worse is that even though I have a new contract for the phone with them they now advise to go to the I store and do another upgrade with Apple directly. Unbelievable bad service delivery to someone who has been a loyal customer for 20 years
