Cell C sales, support and customer care questionable service

This cell c telesales sucks big time. Complete incorrect information received when selling me a WiFi ****le which cannot be used for the next 3months. When trying to do sim swap or return since cannot use new sim card I’m put on hold and phone shuts down? Called four times and every time the same story, putting me through to the nex department only to wait and left hanging. What kind of service is this? And support completely unprofessional. Ps I wasn’t rude at all but very frustrated that it came to this.
