Dealt with a sales agent by the name of Brilliant. Ironically, her professionalism and service level was anything but. When I followed up on the turnaround time of 3 days she quoted to me during the sale, she denied it completely and said it was 1-7 days. I was so appalled by her conduct, I was not even interested in lodging a complaint or requesting the call recording because I specifically asked for the TAT more than 2 times to be certain. Someone like this with a sheer disregard for basic customer service should not be working in that environment. I then immediately cancelled my contract. I would be remiss to ignore such a redflag before committing to a long-term contract off such a bad start.
