Cell C sales Agent is ********

To the WOSRT service provider in the count. Cell C has the worst agents who go around making people sign up for Fiber without explaining fully what the clients are liable for. My encounter was with Sbusisio who works in Midrand Johannesburg. He came to my complex and sold me fiber without the full explanation that i have an option of either paying for installation or Cell C paying for the Installation. What this *********** sales persons sold to me is full *******. He told me that i can try out fiber for a 30day free trial and if i do not like it i am able to give notice and cancel. Seeing that its a month to month i can cancel at anytime which is also INCORRECT Information!!! Only to find out after i email Cell C that i will be liable for R4200 of fiber installation. I have called Sibusiso several times and asked him to intervene but seeing that he has received his commission he has no interest!!!!!!!!!!! His service is pathetic!!!! I would not recommend anyone to get assistance from someone so ******** to the clients needs and wants. Cell C your way of making money is really sad and heartbreaking. You need to train your sales agents about TFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
