Cell C SA'S most unreliable network

I am beyond words. Cell C has made my time with them the most frustrating and utterly dissapointing.<br> <br> I called Cell C a month ago to ask how much I owed on my contract. They gave me the amount and the banking details. I paod via Eft and believed my account was now paid up. Unfortunately...the debit order went off today. <br> <br> So in turn..I am paying an extra 300 plus rand....For what I ask?<br> <br> The service offerd by this network is ridiculous. Regardless of the fact that they have the worst signal...their service takes the prize for worst in this country. <br> <br> It saddens me that I have to type out a complaint as the call centre seem to be unable to complete a simple task such as canceling a contract. <br> <br> I feel cheated and would like my money back.
