Cell C *****s your money! Stay away from them! The are *******!
Purchased Data online and they took the amount off 3 times but only gave me data once! R149 x 3 for 2 gig data !!! I've mailed numerous times and called the call centre. Ive send them the proof of the deductions and have numerous Cell C Customer Service Case Numbers: ***, ***, ***, ***, ***. They ***** your money! I'm cancelled all my contracts with them. Shocking service CELL C !!!

02 Jun 2023, 10:55Cell c called me this morning and said it was not done on the cell c app but on my FNB account. This is incorrect! I am at the bank now and they confirm that it was deducted from Cell C 3 times instead of once off of R149. Refund my money!! I have a stamped statement confirming this.
