Cell C *****s voice and data again.

It's happened again, and I will continue reporting to Hello Peter with bad reviews until Cell C changes its policies with regards to disappearing voice and data that has been paid for. Again I had minutes left and now they are gone. I feel 30 days is just enough for cell c to make a lot of money by making airtime dissappear. 40 days would make a big difference. The story about voice and data jamming up the network is absolute *******.

If bundles were allowed to never expire, it might mean that customers who buy a bundle but never use them would consume resources that active subscribers could have utilized instead. As a result, the network becomes congested, which degrades the quality of service and results in slower speeds, longer buffer times, and dropped calls.
