Cell C's service SUCKS!!!! FIX THIS!!!

<p>I have never complained about Cell C before.. but I am VERY dissatisfied with the service i am getting from Cell C.<br />After 9 years of being a loyal customer?<br />My LG G4 is stuck on the bootloop screen. I have gone online and checked and this is a fatal flaw in the phone's hardware design and there is no resolution other than replacement. <br />Why do i have to wait 14 working days for a replacement?<br />And then, to top it off, there is no loan phone option?<br />How is this customer service?<br />When my contract has run its course i will be switching networks!<br />FIX THIS!!!!!!!</p>
