Cell C's service is pathetic !!!!!!

So I spoke to Maropeng from Social Media. I was double debited even though I had paid my contract. I insisted they refund my money. Took them 2 weeks to get back to me by which time they could no longer refund me and said they will credit my account. I am not impressed AT ALL !!!!!! He was supposed to call me to confirm that payment was not going to go off. I tried to call this morning to make sure that they dont, and guess what. They system doesnt allow me to speak to anyone. <br> <br> What the actual eff is happening here !!!!!! If they actually got back to me in time I would have my refund by now. I also am pretty sure these ******* will debit my account even though I am In a credit with them. Thanks Maropeng for getting back to me, NEVER !!!<br> <br> Cell C is a bunch of pathetic ******* who jump into your account and take your money whenever they want.
