Cell C 's Service

<p>Cell c calls me on 11-3-2016 to advise of oustanding account of R39 000.00(agents name Nkazimulo Khanye).As I had travelled to the middle east & used the phone I understand the huge bills.I say I will Pay the bill at R10 000.00 per month.The next week I recive a letter of demand & my service is completely cut .I querry this with the Legal department at cell c(calls are recordered)They agree to re-instate service just so that at least Ican just receive calls.</p> <p>So the account goes back to Nkazimulo & she advises this cannot be done even though I have already paid R 20 000.00 towards the account & I have to pay the full amount first.I ask to speak to some one superoir but this request is denied.I spend on average R50 000.00 a year with cell c .I dont think Ineed this type of service from a call centre agent.</p> <p>She does not even have the descincy to reply to my email.</p> <p>So all I ask cellc is to honour there word & put back the service.</p>
