Cell C's Ongoing Thievery!!!!

Hello,<br> <br> Cell C's lack of customer service has reached a new low. My internet stopped working in April 2015. Then in July, August and September 2015 Cell C withdrew R2000+ directly from my bank account for internet that was NOT provided! I laid several queries and complaints without a response. After several months, a refund let alone a response is highly unlikely!<br> <br> I had to ensure that no more money was drained from my account. The power was in Cell C's thieving hands! The only way to get the power back was to cancel my TWO contracts. <br> <br> This did not stop Cell C from dipping its dirty fingers into my account once again on 1 December 2015!<br> <br> This goes beyond annoying and into the realm of the ********.<br> <br> I have previosuly requested and hereby reiterated my demands for confirmation of the following:<br> <br> i. Cancellation of ***
