Cell C ********s, never take a contract with them

Hello All

I am having a huge Issue with Cell C. I live in Poland and returned to South Africa last year December to see the family. During my period in Cape Town, I went to the Cell C store in Canal Walk and told them that i would like to cancel the contract, what is left to pay so i can have the contract closed. They informed me the total settlement amount would be R3551. On the 05 January this was paid to cell(please see attached bank statement) I signed the cancelation letter as did the representative in the Canal Walk Branch. 2 months go buy and all of a sudden, I start getting bills from Cell C saying I still owe then R565 and then it went to R1959. My father is still in Cape Town and was trying to sort it out. I have sent them many emails, they responded to a few and then silence for months whilst still sending me bills and dragging m y name through the mud on my credit score. Please see attached all correspondence/ communication between myself and Cell C. They do not reply and refuse to help clearly. Bottom line my credit score is being destroyed because of Cell C ******** behaviour. I am tired of this now. Please sort them out.
