CELL C's MOTTO: Its all about Service. WHAT SERVICE???????????

<p>Teribble Teribble Teribble service from Cell C, i have a data contract with Cell C and by router broke in last week, i have phone the call center and was advice that I should take the router to by nearest branch as it is faulty, I did take it to Cell C kollenade and they informed me that they will book it in but it can take up to 21 working days for repairs to be done, i requested a loan unit as the contract does not make provision for the date to be taken over to the next month i requested them to assist me because what will i do for 21 days of not using my data but they will still get their money as per the contract the salerep advices me that i had two choices either book it in and wait or go all the way to midrand to the walk in repair centre and get if fixed on Monday (i have a permanent job) and can not just take leave as i feel, i asked her what other options do i have and she simply said no other options and she is very sorry, so who's problem is it now the sim card is a data card and I can not use it in my cellphone and i have a different number this data contract was taken out to assist my family in getting the pleasure of wifi and not one month does Cell C struggle to obtain their monthly subscription, i am very unhappy about this and will not recommend cell c to any of my friends family or the poeple that work with me this is unacceptable.</p>
