CELL C's MOTTO: Its all about Service. WHAT SERVICE???????????
<p>and then again no assistance can be provided as per their Motto.... sorry we can not assist you as it takes 7 to 21 days and no loan units are avaialbe, so what happens to my data for 7 tot 21 days as this can not be carried over but at the end of the month Cell C want's their money what do I as the customer gain and this is only a loss for me and a gain for Cell C , i can not use my unit and they do not care because they get their money as usual... what to do??????????????????????</p>

Your complaint was handled by one of our consultants and the consultant advised that a request to have this matter prioritized has been sent to our repairs team, even though the turnaround time takes 7-21 days.
