Cell C *****s minutes and data constantly

Cell c continues to ***** minutes and data. It makes no sense for minutes and data to expire. I will continue to give bad reviews until you make another plan with taking money from people using silly excuses. I've been told by Cell C that unused minutes and data clog up the network causing more dropped calls and bad internet connection which was denied by cell c when I asked them. But I have proof they said this to me.
