Cell C's inability to bill overseas cust correctly
I have been billed with 12 calls on a Skype number (Skype, which is not even downloaded on my telephone) ***. As this has been done previously while I am living overseas and I have no recourse, I have taken to switching this phone off permanently whilst overseas. Still you bill me! What does one have to do to get cell C to honestly bill people whilst overseas?
