Cell C's idea of customer service is to charge long standing clients of 14 years for contracts that they do not even have... That is theft Cell C!

<p>In November 2016 my cellphone contract was due for an upgrade. At the same time I inquired about options for internet for my home and was sold the LTE Power Plan without being told by Ray at Cell C Cavendish that in order for this plan to work I needed LTE signal at home which I did not have. Due to this I returned the router back to Cell C Cavendish and asked for the contract to be cancelled. It is now April 2017 and I am still paying for this contract, despite weekly phonecalls to Cell C Cavendish asking for the contract to be cancelled. Feroz from Cell C Cavendish firmly advised the contract had been cancelled yet on the 31 March I received yet another deduction from my account. I have had Cell C technicians check my area and confirm that there is no signal in the area and I have documented proof of requesting it to be cancelled. I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received and continue to receive.I'm tired of this monthly expense and the expense of going in store to try and get this matter resolved. I have been a loyal customer to Cell C for about 14 years and this is what I get in return. Its a disgrace!! </p> <p> ********** 756</p>
