I’m have been with cell C fibre for a good few years now. I’m know a debit order bounced, I did a manual payment. And I get a mail saying my service is now terminated. You did not call me! Your support doesn’t get back to me! You are pathetic! I’m have mailed a proof of payment. Still no one gets back to me! Why? You do not value your customers!
