Cell C’s customer service is nothing but pathetic and disgraceful!

<p>Cell C’s customer service is nothing but pathetic and disgraceful! I have a Wi-Fi router on contract with Cell C. They have cut my service by mistake from August last year despite the fact that my account was never in arrears. After admitting that it was a mistake on their part and doing nothing about it, they then turn around and say it was my fault for not reporting it earlier. In a nutshell, I have been paying for a service for 8 months that I was unable to use due to Cell C deactivating by router by mistake. From March this year I am trying to resolve this issue with Cell C (So roughly 2 and a half months). The dishonest and *********** call centre agents either close the reference/case number without it being resolved, cut my calls or put my call on hold and never get back to me. They promise to call me back and never do. I have been a Cell C client for many years and this is the kind of service I am rewarded with! Word of advice-If customer service is high on your priority list, NEVER go to Cell C!!!</p> <p>My latest reference number is ***. </p>
