Cell C's Black Hole of missing Data
<p>Recharge , get SMS notifications of "FREE" data , SMS,minutes ...</p> <p>Recharge with your usual data bundle and all of your free data is just gone.</p> <p>In the time it takes to get your confirmation of your bundle being loaded , checking your new balance ... It's already begun to drop</p> <p>500mb down to 179mb , when every tool and application capable of measuring data says you've used 182mb's. After it depleted in a new speed record , loaded another 100mb , switched EVERYTHING off except Email ... And Whatsapp, depleted in a single day. Despite my data records show no more than 54mbs used.</p> <p>The client definitely gets the end of the stick as Cell C rakes in revenue , as you have no choice, but to keep buying data.<br />It's more than just depressing that there's no way to get any action from them and getting ********** is part of the fantastic consumer experience</p> <p>and if you do miraculously get a call back ... It's at 8:00am , never mind If you don't actually start work that early and might be lucky enough to be able to sleep in a bit.</p>

I haven't got contact numbers , I have 1 contact number
which is unfortunately with Cell C.
My phone randomly goes off the Network for hours and i have to restart my handset 3 times to get back on the network.
It shows I am on Cell C LTE but calls go straight to voice mail ... This happens non stop.
When i switch mobile data off it then shows I have zero signal ??
But if i put my wife's MTN SIM card into my iPhone , I have no issues at all.
Calls come through everytime , even data doesn't drain away magically in one hour.
I can even use my phone as a wifi hotspot, connect my laptop ... And then when i check the data used by my phone and the laptop , they're the same amount. Cell C network , when I check my balance ...these figures are very different.
