Cell c ruining my life

Hello people My problem regarding Cellc is far from over. Monday and Tuesday they called me promised to sort this out. They send me statement saying my balance is R00 and they will send paperwork to Shapiro Shaik. Yesterday a lady frm Shapiro shakes called me demanding their payment. She said cell c handed my account over on the 14 April so from then de charges are busy rating. She even send me the statement up to 11 June. She said the payment i should have made to Shapiro shakes not cell c. While whole of April Cellc were busy promising to debit the amount frm my bank but failed. Now I must pay extra changes because they blacklist me ? ihoo story of my life
