Cell C ruining my credit status

<p>I had a contract with cell c in 2011, unfortunately I had financial problems and was in arrears. The account was then handed over to the lawyers but was finally paid off. To date this account is still reflecting on my credit report as "in arrears". I want Cell C to update their records to paid off. I have complained about this but still getting no help!! </p> <p>How do they expect us to recommend or even continue with their services if this is how they work???</p>
