Cell C ruining my credit score 😤

I have been with Cell c contract for the past 4 years. I was looking forward to the the next 2 years since I was receiving good devices from them. Unfortunately I went under debt review, when it was an upgrade time I was told because I am under deby review I wont get a device. I was told that it is either I carry on with the contract without a device. I told them 2 months before the contract end date that I want my number to go back to prepaid when the contract ends. To my surprise my contract was renewed without my authorization and my knowledge. I have been calling them and each time I get told that my contract termination has been successful. To my surprise I still get debited, i reverse the money then I get a bad report from my credit score.

Cell c is ruining my credit score 😤

I am trying so hard to get it back on track but Cell c is making it impossible 😭😭😭
