CELL C ruining client credit score and not assisting client with any solution

I just want to set a complaint so that everyone knows the bad service that i am receiving. i have been a client of cell c for 4 years with no less than 3 to 5 contracts on my name. I payed off all my contracts and took out 2 new contracts. after paying off the old contracts i had to keep phoning cell c from the 30th of November 2018 till after 25 th december 2018 due to them not debiting the last invoice. after the first consultant told me they will debit it on the 5th of december i have phoned several times after that with each consultant telling me that there is no debit order to go through because i do not owe anything to cell c anymore. so according to more than 3 consultants working on the cell c system i dont owe anything. right then in january 2019 i get an sms that i owe 1900 rand then i phone them and get told they will debit it on the end of january. i said well fine after explaining that several people told me i dont owe anything still being a good customer i payed it.... what do they do.... they cut off my cell phone lines. and now after i payed everything..... logged a case.... have been **** to and promised that they will restore my credit score which they have totally reuined with incompetined people working for them.... i am still waiting after struggling for two months...... i urgently need to get a business phone and due to there mistakes i cant and their NOT resolving the MESS they made!!!!!!!!! this is utterly bad service!!!!!!!! and i feel they need to sort this out now i am tired of this bad service then i will cancel my contracts and move to someone else!!!!!!
