CELL C RUINED MY LIFE

So I’m still waiting for assistance. Cell C is literally playing with my life. I wrote a review last week to get assistance and they responded and told me they need an affidavit and my ID which I sent again, this is the same thing I did two years ago and still no one assisted me, I went to their sandton branch countless times seeking assistance and no one could assist me. I’ve called their ********** line and no assistance has come of that either . The fact that they do get the time to red flag my iD number so that I can’t work but they don’t get the time to investigate this account which I’ve queried for two years is bizarre to me. I’ve came to a point where I want to involve media and sue This network for messing up my life like this and are still inconsiderate of what their employees do to potential clients/clients. Do not ever enquire at cell c coz they use your details to do ********** accounts and then red flag you.
