Cell C ruined my credit score at the credit bureaus

Cell C is the worst call center to call. Even worst than Telkom. They messed up on my account and listed me at the credit bureaus as a missed payment. The error was on cell C side as they did not allocate the payment to my account. Now when you try and get in contact with Cell C to get them to rectify the mistake they made you, get transferred from one customer service agent to another. This morning I spoke to 5 customer service agents and every single time you get transferred you have to get authenticated. Even management is not willing to assist. They ruin your credit profile at the credit bureaus and don't really care about you as a consumer. Well guess who will be making a complaint out at ICASA. Also I will be cancelling my contract with Cell C.
