Cell c Ruined my credit from thier negligence
App**** for a contract with cellc, was fully approved and now have a debit order on my account, YET I DONT HAVE THE PHONE... after calling in since the 18th to get eta on my delivery, waited 11 days and called 8 times in, I get told the same answer, it will be delivered soon, Today I was told they made a mistake, the agent told me directly on the recorded line , that cellc made a mistake , and was maybe scared to call you to tell you ....... these are ****s , I asked to speak to a manager I was told the manager will just apologize so eont waste time... I REQUESTED FOR THIS ALL TO BE CANCELED DUE TO ****HOL SERVICE , I get told : you score will be hit negatively as you canceling goodluck ... guys CEll c is the worst , I made a mistake being with these guys.

02 Jun 2023, 11:10Hey there , I recieved a few missed calls from you guys , I returned the call twice, and the reason why it was twice, the first call: the consultant was busy laughing with her friends at the background ,and seemed very distracted to what I had to say and made me repeat over n over so i hung up, the next call , the consultant seemed lost, giving me totally irrelevant responses....I really dont want to call in anymore , your bad trained consultants is the reason for this all occurring intially.... I will be at the Northgate store around 3-4pm ... I am sorry for complaining this much, but clearly you guys dont know what's happening in the inner workings of your company. .. you guys will lose business from 100s of new customers and current customers.

All is perfect and as intended.. I have a lovely phone and my Cell C is working great on it.
