Cell c ruined my birthday
I knew cell c was gonna pull out all thier stunts like they alway do, it's my birthday weekend and my lines are closed due to none payment when I made a payment and called and asked if cell c received it. I have never been this angry at a consumer service as I am right now, cellc blames me for payments that don't reflect on thier side when they should be blaming ieasypay. I really can't wait for this contract to end, thank you for ruining my birthday!!!!!!!!!!!

05 Jul 2019, 12:35That the thing so whose fault is it that easy pay takes that long, I paid for my account so now my lines have to be closed until you solve your issues. I will not enjoy my birthday thanks to you so what is the point of wishing me a happy birthday. Get more services still owes me for the money they stole from my account till today, 3months later and u keep on saying it will be processed and returned even when it gets returned it goes to that cellc account not my back where u took it from. I just can't wait for this contract to end the next 3months will be a breeze for me just to see this contract done and dusted and never again will I even think of using cell c. I mean even when we recharge our accounts with prepaid, you have taken down the amount of free minutes and smses we supposed to initially get. Like yazini NGIGRAND YINI!!!!!
