Cell C - Rudest - Now the WORST - Still no Service - but still the bills come?????

How does Cell C understand business? Can someone in their Management please call me to tell me? Following the Rudest call ever received in my 45 years of doing business, and my phone being cut off esrly in December 2019 because of an Account query (I was charged for something I never subscribed to), i am now still being charged FOR NO SERVICE. does Cell C not understand that business is about payment for a service RECEIVED????????? Is there anybody out there who would like to start a new Cellular company in South Africa that has a fresh business approach. Call me - I am interested.
