Cell C Router without Reception

Cell C router - the most expensive ornament I ever bought. There is never a signal - I have to reset the router every time just to get internet access for an hour or 2. Funny enough my money is not worth half its value from one month to the next!!!

Don't bother to report it it to customer care - they just tell you to upgrade your software because they can offer no other answer, as if that will help??

The reality is their network infrastructure is so poor they cannot give me a signal in the middle of Somerset West (which so by the way is indicated to have reception).

Don't walk into the trap I did - as much as I dislike the other cell networks I don't think you can do worse. I'm sure we're gonna meet in court if I cancel my contract before it ends

And now I'm going to get one of those e-mails promising me the moon and stars to fix the problem - how pathetic!!
