Cell C rock

I have been a customer of Cell C for the past 4 years not once was i over charged , was someone rude or bad services was ever received. at the moment i have to close my contract due to person reasons , i have phoned the customer services dept to ask what are my steps to follow after the agent heard i wanted to leave not once did he tried to be rude , he told me what to do , i must end it end of May even gave me the email address and told me to make sure all is sorted i must email and phone , i really loved my time with Cell C your now a company that know what your clients need and want
