Cell C robs us through their data system

Just bought data on Cell c for R89 when l check balance data is not reflecting when l call cell c they say it has been used on internet, l tell them l haven’t used and it has not even reflected on the balance. I am telling those arrogant agents and manager that as much as it shows used on their system, l have not even seen it on my balance which l checked immediately after buying. Cell C is robbing us en refuses to see that . I always buy this data with the same apps that l have it has never just disappeared but they refuse because their inaccurate system says it was used.
