Cell C Robs customers again
i have been a faithful Cell c Customer for the past 14 yrs.they make changes to their products without even advising their customers. I am talking about their Whatsapp bundle which was R5.00 when it just came out and is now R12.00.We as customers use to get 1.2GB data to use and as of 1/10/2017 we still paying R12.00 but now get 60MB.This is totally unacceptable as the price stays the same but we getting less for our money. i will definitely be changing my network cause this is ****************.

The product changes came into effect on the 1st of October 2017 and on the terms of your subscriber agreement, Cell C has the option of varying any of its charges from time to time by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing. Communication (SMSes ) were sent on the 22nd of September 2017 notifying customers about the changes.
