Cell C robs customers

I visited the Cell C store in Stellenbosch and the service offered was poor. They double debited me for the month of April. The consultant that attended to me was arrogant and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They then left me unattended for 20 minutes advising they need to consult with their manager and then came back and told that it will take 21 days to resolve as they need to log it with their head office. Very disappointed with the service offered by the Cell C store in Stellenbosch.
