On the 21st of Jan I complained AGAIN to you about the debit order that went off my account, for a cancelled contract and you requested for my ID number and I have emailed that to you, tried to call you since there has been no feedback with no luck. I called your call center on the 23rd of Jan 2021 at 11h45 to ask for feedback for my refund and Palesa confirmed that you were not suppose to debit on my account and she will log a refund request and gave me the ref number, the next thing am getting an sms saying my query has been resolved, but I HAVENT GOT MY MONEY BACK and no one bothers to get back to me. ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR NOT??????? AM SICK AND TIRE OF YOU CELL C WITH POOR SERVICE!

You have been promising to give me feedback, but none of you is resolving the issue. I want my money and nothing to do with Cell C and would never recommend anyone to use Cell C!
