Cell c robbing people

Hi,i called cell c on the 4th of November to cancel my contract,i spoke to an agent it was a lady who adviced me to call back on the 1st of December to cancel the contract.I then called again on the 4th of December spoke to a guy i think his name was Dadren ref number:*** who told me that the contract will only end in January which i disputed since i called to cancel and was told that i need to cancel it in Decrmber.The guy promised that he will log a call and i will get feedback in less than 72hours till today i am still waiting,he did not cancel my contract still.Cell c wants to rob me money,i dont want anything to do with cell c anymore i just wasnt the contract to be called or ill take further steps
