CELL C ROBBING OLD PEOPLE BLIND.

Good day, My name is Davina Poggenpoel and i am writing on behalf of my 65 year old mother in law , Lorna Salie that was conned out of money from CELL C. She signed a 24 month contract with them on the 02 of May 2015 and is still paying for the contract . After numerous calls to CELL C and going to the store that opened the contract for her to cancell the contract its still not cancelled and they still deducting money from her every month , every month 3 payments go off to CELL C. She has faxed her contract to them and even gave them her bank statement showing them how 3 payments goes off every month, but nothing was done about it. A consultant at CELL C even told her the deductions they making is all the calls that she makes to them and that she still gets the benefits from CELL C. The phone has since been ****** and a case was opened at the police station. She took an affidavit with the case number to the store where she opened it to have it cancelled yet again on many occasions, And still they deducting every month. They told her that they wont pay her money back,cause its not in their policy to pay customers back. She is old and don't want to change her bank account in order for them not to ***** her money anymore. We have the contract , affidavit and and bank statements to proof that CELL C are robbing old people blind.
