CELL C ROBBING ME SEVERAL TIMES

two months back i wrote a complain here on hello peter about cell c complaining about them requesting me to pay several amounts without explanations and its been 6 months since i waited for my phone ,when i go to cell c branches am told they cant assist me but when i call the customer care am told there`s no team leaders on the floor ,i already spent more than R3000 paying for a phone that am waiting for ,anyone reading this who can assist me on how i can go about reporting this to relevant ombudsman please assist ,i tried everything and cell c is still robbing me ,debiting my account but they don`t want to assist me with anything ,i borrowed money in order to keep paying them while am unemployed ,now i`ve ran out of options and am flat broke ,anyone reading this who can assist please assist me i dont know want to do anymore
