Cell C Robbing me money.

I had two contracts with cell c , the other one ended end of February, i was ******* into a contract which i did not agree too, i called Cell C to inform them and they told me they will do investigation and come back to me, they did the investigation and i was told yes i was being ******* into a contract, so they cancelled it, but march they charged me R403 for both contracts, i called to inquire why am i being charged for something i did not request, i was taken from one agent into another for explanation which did not give me any valid reason. i accepted and forgave them for that and told myself its okay let them Debit it, end of March. So am left with 1 contract at Cell C which is for R199 inclunsive of VAT, the very same amount they have been debiting for the past 8 months. Today i checked my bill on how much am suppose to pay and i saw it R325, i called immediate the first Agent told me that my contract only ended 31st of march so they still charging me for that, i tried to correct her and she told me she is telling me what the system is written, i got ****ed and told her to put me through cancellation department, i spoke to another Lady whom she explained that the other contract is closed all this money is charged into one contract but she could not explain further as she has no knowledge with the accounts, she is from cancellation dept, so she put me through to accounts i spoke to this lady and she read me amounts from the invoice she was looking at all those amounts came to R288.20 inclusive of VAT, i asked her where is the R325 which am billed for coming from , she told me she will send the invoice, till now no invoice has been received. AM truly hurt and disturbed by the service Cell is is really offering they are robbing me money live. i truly dont recommend anyone to have contracts with cell C, If this mess dont get resolved by the end of this week, am cancelling my contract and will port into other network.
