Cell c robbing me

I hate cell c!! I had taken out a data contract for 199 a month from them earlier this year. Firstly the \consultant"at the store did not tell me that the 199 was EXCLUDING vat and that the contract was open and I will be charged out of bundle rates!! Today I am ssitting with a R5900 bill according to them and they have suspended my number last week ! How do I go about finding put my rights as cell is ripping me off... more so when I get sent my invoices and statements I cannot view them on my smartphone for some reason but whereas other statements can be read. This is strange. Can someone advise me what I can do """
