Cell C robbing customers of there paid data and airtime

Worst cell phone providers in South Africa. I bought data and airtime from there online shop over 8 days ago. They have taken my money but I have never received my purchase. I even went to there branch in Krugersdorp and try to get this sorted with no luck, The staff of Cell C all promise to phone you back even the team leaders as they call them and they never do. The back office as they call them that is dealing with the clients queries is not contactable at all. They are pathetic and definitely not treating there clients fairly. Stay away from Cell C.
