Cell C Robbing costumers big time, watch out!!!

I have a contract that expired 3 month ago.I was meaning to take out another contract but didn't get the time to do so as my work is keeping me very busy.I shifted offices this month and my coverage signal is very bad, most of the time no signal.I called Cell C to cancel line immediately as I use my phone for business and would like to change networks as well so my number needs to be ported to my preferred network. To my shocking surprise the consultant told me that there is no chance of this happening. The consultant first tried her best to convince me not to leave Cell C.Then she told me I have to wait 30 days before she can cancel my line. This is unacceptable as my contract already expired. How can Cell C keep costumers at ransom like this. When I moved from Vodacom over 2 years ago they cancelled immediately. Why should Cell C be different? Not to mention that they made changes to my contract without consulting me and now my bill is way to much.<br> I have also not received my billing invoices from them for the past 3 months and I'm almost sure they are robbing me.I need to cancel my line with Cell C asap as I can't do my work without connecting with my clients.
