Cell C *******

Thisbis yet another of my complaints against Cell C. I had a contract with them. Last year i cancelled my contract. Went to cellc store and got no joy as you have to phone cancellations direct. So i did. I cancelled contract and the lady faxed me the necessary cancellation docs. I filled in sent back and thereafter Cell C worked out my settlement amount due which has to be paid to cancel contract. And so i recieved the total due and paid the whole amount Given to me by Them. Now, after 1year i recieve an email from debt revue co. to say i am owing cell c an unsettled amount. According to the cell c store i dont owe anything...now what? I did my duty to phone cancellations and They worked out my amount and confirmed the contract was cancelled when my payment was made...and now where did this amount come from that I was not even aware of until debt revue contacted me yesterday. Not fair at all!! According to the amount cellc gave me...i was up to date. ****************.
