Cell C rob again

Cell C took R599 by debit order but its been more than a month and I still dont have any simcard to use the benefits I paid for from 1 April No one helps me - everyone refers me. I took a month to month contract on the internet " premium 10gb upfront . cell c was eager to take the money - NOW TWICE but they are not eager to help or deliver. What am I paying for? Nothing. If you are as honest as you proclaim - please refund me immediately. I am going to cancel all my contracts with Cell C. I will rather pay more at Vodacom or MTN where we get super great service.
