CELL C ROAMING

I have been trying to get through to Cell C to activate my roaming service, every time i get given a case number which is automated, but never receive a call back or anything. this is highly frustrating and pathetic

Good day, last year i called cell c to activate my cell c roaming and international calling service, only to discover that now that I am in the UK, it hasnt been done, i tried again just before i left the country to no avail
