CELL C & RMCS & *** CALL CENTRE

<p>i am very dissapointed and frustrated with CELL C & RMCS.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an issue with my sim card 2 days ago suddenly while making a phone call saying "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" when i phoned CELL C was told i am on a contract with this RMCS i must contact them, i do not know who they are I have never had this no of mine on a contract, it's always been a CELL C Prepaid Contract. No i am referred to this CALL CENTRE ********** where i am told i will be contacted in 24/48 hours!!!! These people are useless...they are only available during working hours??????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>This to me is pathetic this Cell C tellephone no is being used for all purposes and this number being out of service is now causing me a hell of a lot of problems. I cannot get into my gate at my house, i cannot access my internet banking, my customers cannot phone me, and all my personal friends and Family members cannot contact me!!! I have now been waiting 24 Hour no call from these useless people as yet!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want CELL C to correct this problem and I do not want to have a contract with any company on that no, i want them to put my no back to normal Cell C prepaid account immediately, or i can guarantee you you will lose at least 5 clients because my entire family is on this network because of the fact that i WAS happy with the networ****!! I will make sure people will know how you just hand peoples tell no's over to who knows who!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your IMMEDIATE RESPONSE will be appreciated!</p>
