CELL C RIPS ME OFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am completely disgusted.i app**** for the buyout to change from vodacom,to cell c.i filled in the business application,i was not called back to even say i was approved.then i called in,they said i must wait for stock,one week went by,i had to call in again,to find out stock arrived.upon going to sign and collect my package,Meagon says i must first fix my screen,its the trade in.sge gad seen the phone before ans said nothing.so i honoured my side,and fixed the screen,went back and was told i can no longer get that package its expire.WHAT MISREPRESENTATION AND A *******.they did not give me a cut off date,i cancelled my contract,as i was using the cash to settle my vodacom contract,and went out of my way during my busy hours,and fixed the screen.I DID THE APPLICATION WITHIN THE PROMOPTION PERIOD,I WAS NOT GIVEN CUT OFF DATES THEREFORE I WANT WHAT I APP**** FOR.
