Cell C Ripping you off

Beware of Cell-C contracts. Stay away from cell c as they are dishonest and hold you a ransom with unfair business models. I recently took out a Cell C contract with "inclusive minutes". I now found out that cell-c limits me to making calls to certain numbers only even though the calls are local and I have "ALL NETWOK" minutes available. The meaning of "All networks" should be all networks and not limit you to certain number ranges. I am now stuck with a phone contract that is basically useless to me. I only needed a voice contract but their ********* business contracts forced me to include Data and SMS's in the contract even if I don't use it. I don't know why ICASA doesn't put a stop this practice of forcing people to buy things you don't want and need. If you don't want data, why must you pay for it. If you pay for ALL NETWORK access, why cant you phone all local numbers.
